They may not be Glam, but they were a great friggin' band. Killing Technology was a friggin' great album.

Gutted. I loved Voi Vod when I was a brat. "Tribal Convictions" is still an immense song.

Yeah Carl...I read about his death on Hard Radio...pretty sad. I own a few Voi Vod cds...some great stuff.

Has anybody heard there last CD with Jason Newstead? Just now starting to rebuild my voivod collection back up. Didn't another of the band members have brain cancer or something as well?

Yes, I'm almost positive it was Blacky, the original bassist. I have been trying to find out which one it was since Piggy died, but there is no mention of it anywhere, and I don't speak to my buddy Dale often anymore. If anybody would know, it would be Dale The Metal God. Hell, it's funny, my first encounter with Dale, almost 20 years ago, was his envy of me for the fact that I have already bought Voi Vod's "Dimension Hattros". That album kind of created a friendship that has lasted all of these years. He was so amazed that some punk kid would actually be so into Vod that I got it before he and his Metal buddies did.
